Erina... 26 yo Gas system started leaking water from the top & I only noticed this at 5:30pm yesterday, called them & left a message expecting a return call in the morning. Mick called me back at 5:50pm, by Lunchtime today I had a new Rheem system installed at a competitive price, a few additional fittings & some copperwork was required, this didn't change the verbal quote from last night. Really happy with the whole process, thanks guys. Dave
