Ordered a Quick Jack but was a bit hesitant to order through Genesis initially as it was for personal use and they seem to supply commercial grade equipment mainly. Glad I did because they had an awesome sale.Mike was a pleasure to deal with as he made sure that the specs would suit my needs and organised best solution for delivery. Even gave me a follow up call.Would have no hesitations dealing with Genesis Equipment again if my needs changed. Very pleased with purchase and the customer service.

Tried to order via website and had issues paying - seems like website not configured to take online orders. Should have some note for customer if no intention to remove functionality at all so customers do not waste time trying to order online.Got to order via phone and the Mike was very helpful. The transaction went very smoothly and got the product well on time.
