Omg omg omgWhat service.Ordered a jersey Monday, it arrived Tuesday WITH PERSONALISED LETTERING on the back and I live 1400km north of them.So good. Recommend purchasing from this amazing team.Can't wait to get to the store in person.

What wonderful staff AMX Townsville store has! We dropped in needing gear that day, unfortunately they were in the middle of moving the store to a bigger and better location but this didn't stop them going above and beyond to help us find what we needed that day, searching through boxes whilst trying to move stores, highly recommended

Massive thanks to James at the AMX Townsville store, walked in today to buy our boy some gear for his new bike. James was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure what we were buying was the right fit. Very patient, friendly and helpful. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Rocked up today, had a bloke by the name of James who assisted me in selecting the correct comms set up for my helmet.He then proceeded to set the system up and gave me tips which was awesome and save me the time mucking around with cords.Cheers amx Townsville. Been in a couple of times, but the open day today was the best. Very busy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Took a while deciding on a new pair of boots. Great to be able to try on different styles and sizes, plus get feedback.Been back a few times since the original review. Always helpful (especially Rod). Whilst buying some new gloves, I looked at a jacket and Rod explained they had a recent online return (wrong size) - I got it for almost 50% discount. Pretty happy!

Nothing but great things to say about amx in Townsville, I’m still somewhat new to motorcycling and the team there were super helpful and friendly, a shout out to James at amx who got me sorted with a new tinted visor for my helmet after I thought they had been out of stock for ages. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’ll be coming back for all my future motorcycle purchases!

Hi guys,Just wanted to let you know we’ve just walked out of the Townsville store after the worst customer service!We were going to buy 4 pairs of boots and 4 pairs of goggles for the whole family. After already purchasing 4 helmets and gloves last week and 2 sets of pants and jerseys for the kids.There were 3 staff members in the store and not one even greater us or asked us if we needed a hand.They’ve just lost $1000s in sales and we will not be returning to the store in the future.I’m sorry but who ever the 3 people are that were working in the store at 5pm on Friday may need a review.CheersKatie
