I’ve always been super intimidated by DISSH in general but I met the lovely Minnah tonight! They didn’t carry what I was looking for in store but I was shown some options that were appropriate for the event. She was incredibly kind, patient and honest with me and I appreciate that so much. Purchased a blazer today from Chermside store. Stood at the counter for over 10mins waiting to be served (I was the only customer at the counter). When staff finally arrived they proceeded to served multiple customers around me like I wasn’t even there. Eventually they asked if “I want to purchase that”? Which I thought was fairly obvious, as I had been standing directly in front of the other till the entire time. Really poor customer service. I honestly considered walking out and taking my money else where, as I didn’t feel respected as a customer.
