Petrol is so expensive most of the time compared to some other service stations I come across it's annoying because it's the closest to me but I rarely go there only if I have to

This particular ampol station does not provide the option to use Woolworths points or receive a 4 cent discount. After scanning my card, I did not receive any discount, and there was no activity reflected on my app.

I’m a regular customer until ifound out they don’t want to fix the air pump for more than 3 months.I have to go where the service is better and is well equipped.Adios.Will not come back .

Staff and attendants are always friendly and the daily specials are not bad for a service station! Safe and adequately lit location at night time and very busy during the day.

Working out front of this service station on nightshift and the attendant wouldn’t let me use the bathroom shortly after 10.30pm I asked the male Asian if he’d let in police fire or ambulance offices to use the bathroom, he said he would allow them entry.. even though traffic controllers are essential workers we do not get treated the same respect or courtesySo I refused to purchase anything from there and went to McDonald’s instead. Lack of customer service no sales!

Fuel & Points issues.Ampol premium diesel averaged 400kms for a full tank. On average with other providers 650kms for one tank.This ampol does not utilise woolworths points and 4cent discount.Scanned my card, no discount and nothing appears on my app. Lodged a query and advised the ampol is not registered?!

Staff on 6th Nov 2022 at about 7 pm to 8pm not accepting my coins of 4×50 cents and 10 x 20 cents to give me Car wash token, he simply pushed my money aside in front of everyone making me feel like a thief or that I had done something wrong with the money I gave him. I called the cops. After that he told me the car wash is not working. After police spoke with him he gave me the car wash tokens. Hard to believe that I have been using fuel and buying things at this place for a few years, I have been spending about $ 50 to $60 per week at this place for so many years. I will now not again buy anything from this place.
