Runway

I am a regular client to runway and am loving it there my hair is 10x healthier then when i first went due to there amazing products like olaplex and k18 and there safe colouring methods to ensure hair looks and feels as healthy as can be. I feel so welcome and love the environment and experience when i walk in including the cocktail bar.

Incredibly disappointing experience. My friend and I came in for a hair and makeup appointment to attend a wedding in Tamworth. Appointment time was for 10:30am. We were sat down for around 30mins waiting, no one checked on us. I had to get someone’s attention to ask what was going on. We were told they were running late and would be with us soon. We didn’t get anyone to attend to us until 11:20am. The entire experience was rushed, unpolished and couldn’t be enjoyed. Left really unhappy with my hair and makeup. Charged full rate for 2nd year apprentice to do the style which was thrown together with no care taken. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, I have no confidence in the service they can provide. Unfortunately we had no choice.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very attentive to me.There was one staff member walking around and seemed to be distressing the other staff after she spoke with them. This did make me feel uncomfortable as the staff appeared to be frightened and distressed by her actions.Hair was done beautifully but hope that the issues with mgmt are resolved before I return.

Love runway. Have become a regular. The girls are so welcoming and Ellise always does such a fabulous job on my hair. Perfect way to relax with a cocktail before a busy weekend.

All of the ladies were amazing. They fitted my teen in for a service in time for her formal. They were ever so patient- she has super thick hair. Super friendly and caring. They made her very comfortable which was amazing as she does not like visiting hair dressers. Thanks ladies!

Had the most amazing experience with Tori, Trish and Sophie! The colour on my hair is an absolutely stunning, and the girls were such a joy to talk to! Will definitely be returning. Thank you girls ♥️

Had bridal hair and makeup trial. Was a lovely session and I felt that both the hair stylist Chantel and the makeup artist listened to what I wanted and have developed a plan to have me looking my best for my Wedding. Thank you Runway for helping me get ready for this special day and helping me leave with confidence that hair and makeup will look great!

I booked to have my hair and makeup done here for my nephew's wedding. As I was coming from interstate, I was quite nervous not knowing what they would be like but I was pleasantly surprised.
