Extremely disappointed that back to school vouchers aren't accepted in store. Did a big shop for school supplies, only to get to the counter and be told that vouchers are for online purchases only!!! What the hell! Why make it harder for parents to shop. Every other shop is accepting them instore. It's not that bloody hard to scan a QR code!!!

Horrible customer service, attitude and demeanor. Purchased a minecoin gift card for my son who then found a different gift card that he wanted to purchase. Spoke to J*** at customer service who wa sun able to provide further information and called his manager M*******. I requested to speak to the manager as gift cards generally do get swapped out at other stores. He refers to a colleague C******** who was very rude in the interaction when I requested clarity as to why it can’t be returned as the T&Z do specify 90 day return. Upon speaking to the manger M******* she failed to provide a reason and asked to refer to T&C on the receipt that did not detail the exception. I then asked if I can give feedback about the staff on call and their attitude. She didn’t care and asked to go to the website. The whole interaction is very poor and I request someone in BIGW management take this up and upskill/train their staff on the necessary skills to deal with customers. I am not sure for their poor interaction and attitude, perhaps it was due to the fact it was the end of the shift day, or maybe my skin/ethnicity - regardless this should not happen. On a separate note will be contacting ACU about store return policies regarding the return of gift cards. To the store manger at Narellan BIGW please take note or your stores start attitude and performance.

Placed an online click and collect order yesterday before 12 & Big W is advertising same day pick up if placed before 12. I have not received a notification the day after at 1pm, I headed into the store to only be told my order is not ready and they don’t know when it will be, I asked will it be ready tomorrow, apparently not there also doing Campbelltown’s orders, I was kindly offered to go and pick my own order & they can process it, they didn’t offer to pick the order for me, when I asked for my feed back to be passed on to head office, the staff blatantly sayid they won’t care & to be honest I can see that being the case. Head office don’t falsely advertise a service you cannot provide, update your website please & train your staff in customer service, my order should have at the very least been picked for me.

I just wanted to commend the Big W Narellan team for their attentiveness and overall care they show their customers. My daughter had a medical emergency on Friday and Brandon and his team went above and beyond to assist myself and my sister while we were trying to get her the medical assistance she needed. I cannot thank them enough and am forever grateful to them! Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Enjoyed a few of my experiences. Exceptionally clean, spacious & well stocked . Great bargains, discounts & overhaul very happy. My go to shopping stop. +++

The store is good but three specific female employees here, one named Sophie is very racist and rude. I went there with my friend and faced a very awkward and insulting situation.

So big, clean and tidy. I wish it was closer to where I lived.
