I have recently done hands and feet cast / with photo of my bub with Kaur creations. They said they need 4 weeks at minimum however it didn't get done until 7 weeks with multiple follow-up. They have done a terrible job at it, all the sticky tapes around the photo and the frame was poorly done and the photo was hanging. Outside tape around the frame was also not secure and not taped properly.I called them to get it fixed, they said $50 for repair what kind of costumer service is that for fixing there own fault they charge. I had to redo all the tapes and readjust the whole frame. I wouldn't recommend them. It's waste of 250$.
