Optus Victoria Point
Both staff member that were on 16/2/23 in the afternoon were extremely helpful and definitely swayed my opinion for the better about Optus after all of the interruptions in phone service and security breaches that Optus as a company has had recently leaving me paying a bill but getting service maybe 10% of the time. Thank you so much to the staff member that were on, was in and out in 20 mins with exactly what I wanted and was served with great customer service. Give them a raise surely

very basic service, had to use their phone to speak to someone to have my questions answered. I could have done that at home. Very poor customer service and knowledge.

I tried to upgrade my phone online and had so much trouble with misleading information. I popped into the store at Victoria Point where a lovely salesperson Darcy was so helpful, professional in fact she went above and beyond to help. Thank you so much ☺️ highly recommend her service!

OPTUS staff are always helpful in person, but often there are issues further down the line. It takes me often over 2 hours in message me" to get any answers. That is after having to repeat my details over and over to each person I was connected to. Not good business."
