I used to be a very loyal customer but in the past 2 years it has gone downhill. You’re lucky to be greeted at all when you walk in and if are browsing, very rarely get acknowledged. When trying on an item they tell you that you look good in everything you’ve tried even though it’s clearly ill flattering. Thank goodness for honest customers! If you say you don’t like the item they get offended and find it difficult to find a product that may suit and I felt they basically gave up on me. They did not have enough staff for the sale and could not cope with the amount foot traffic in the store. Unfortunately this is the only jeans store in Marion

Went in today to browse. I was approached. Told the assistant I was just browsing the jeans. They didn't have my size in a style I liked. She was encouraging me to try on a size 10 when I told her I'm a 12. You can't force someone into buying a size that isn't going to fit. 3 times I told her I was just looking and not serious about buying today. But on it went. It felt like I was under pressure with hard sales tactics. I work in sales. Not a very good experience. Put me off going back. This lady needs to listen to what customers want.

Buy one pair of Jeans and get the second half price - highly recommend the slim boyfriend mid-rise Amaze jeans that are very flattering and can be turned up or down. Soft high quality stretch denim and very comfortable fit. Quality customer service and assistance to find the jean that suits your needs.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The jeans are generally quite poor quality and you’d be lucky to get 6-8 months of regular use out of them - far less than equivalent brands and far far less than premium brands.

Visited the store yesterday 27/02/2022 with my 2 daughters. The sales staff would not leave us alone and were constantly trying to throw products at us. In the end there were a several items that we would like to have bought but the constant badgering from the staff turned us off.

Great range of kids,women's and mens jeans,shirts,tops,jackets,belts etc.A good assortment of quality merchandise all reasonably priced! Also stock a range of designer brands too! Do have some great sales and clearance items,sometimes at bargain prices too good to forgo! Credit to Libby and her helpful staff, always providing a high level of customer satisfaction! Open 7days
