Noosa Automatic Transmissions

Had my DSG on my VW Golf serviced there 3 times now and it's over 200000 KM and still running like it was the first day I drove it out of the show room. They use good lubricants.Great work fellas.

Prior to dropping my car off with suspected torque converter or transfer case failure i dropped the oil myself to check for debris. Both spotless.Upon their inspection it had broken bolts off 1 rear axle which caused the free spin.Said they could get new axles in the next day $600 or I was able to get them myself (multiple friends with spares). I needed the car that weekend so I agreed.I called on the Friday to ask the progress on my car, they said sorry we ordered the wrong parts and have sent mine away (without notifying me) to be rebuilt and will take about a week. Still $600.The next Friday the car was ready. They said they serviced the transmission and filled the transfer and will be $1000.I picked the car up and was on my way to work. Gear changes were extremely soft and quite slow to change, turning corners it was slipping gears and reving out. I knew something was seriously wrong but i was running late.Arrived at work popped the bonnet engine running in P.There was no oil on the dipstick apart from burnt clutch dust and smoke coming out the filler pipe.I called and explain what was happening. Not even a sorry, was told to top it up and bring in an invoice for the oil to reimburse me. I asked is it possible someone could bring a bottle to me as I'm not far away they said We don't go that way.My lovely wife brought me a bottle, it took over 3ltrs to top up the transmission which means only 2ltrs was put in.

Worst company! They have dramas with all their associates and make it your problem

Steve helped us a lot! We thought our transmission would be broken, but Steve checked some things, went for a testdrive with us, assured us everything was okay and didn't ask for a dollar after all of this. Very trustworthy guy, and we would definitely recommend this place!
