Community Solutions Rockhampton

Had the displeasure of dealing with Community Solutions and had the most arrogant consultant I have ever met. She was completely up herself and shouldn't have a job.

Quite helpful but a bit disorganised seeming..

A job network provider. Lovely supporting staff members who really do go out of their way to assist you to gain employment. They can also help financially with anything that might help you to achieve your goals its always worth asking

Absolutely rubbish service they provide no assistance never hear back for jobs that you have applied for etc. They are very disorganised and have problems with communication! Refuses to fund anything that may be of benefit to get work etc. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

worst job service provider ever! If I could less than 1 star I would!!! They do not write notes down of things discussed, they do not listen or hear what their clients are saying and when you call them to discuss they ignore your concerns!they are as helpful as a flea on a dog that is if they even talk to you. I spoke to the office manager I think to be told things will be fixed and surprise surprise they did not do a thing and to top it off they could not be bothered to return my calls. I am now putting in a formal complaint in with job active and with Centrelink regarding their service . Your a job service provider hire people that listen and care about the clients.

Always very helpful, nice staff. Sometimes running a bit behind schedule, wait time sometimes longer then 30 mins, other than that, a very friendly and helpful organization.

Not happy with their service. I don't think they really are helping. Worst communication team

Not helpful. Gave the client and me the property owner the run around for 2 weeks until I gave up trying to get any cooperation. Just talked loudly over me on the phone when I asked to speak to management.

Completely f**king useless. Been with them for a year, tried switching from them but they refused to let me. Got a job without their help and they tell me to quit it because it's casual. They don't like you volunteering anywhere because it's not apart of your pathway plan. Every 'appointment' is just sign a piece of paper and leave. They don't do a damn thing to help job seekers.
