isn't it lovely events more like isn't it stressful events, if I could give a minus infinity star review I would, this is the email I sent to Rochelle after I was completely dissatisfied with her horrendous service after our wedding and have never received an apology or a reply, I want to save all brides from ever using her services, I had to suffer through it so you don’t have to, you can thank me laterHello Rochelle,I have been tossing up whether to send you a feedback email from my wedding or not and the more time that goes by and the more I keep thinking about it and talking to family members the more Isn't it Lovely Events comes up in a conversation of a bad review.It was important to me to have a beautiful bunch of flowers with baby breath.The first initial consultation was great until I said to Rochelle You know how some flowers look dead." (I should have said neutral colours) I felt your response to that was a condescending and harsh no. After that consultation I felt you had forgotten and neglected us in our service the rest of the way.Rochelle gave us numerous quote forms as she kept losing them. We had it perfect the first time although every new quote was missing at least one item.Rochelle also asked for a Pinterest board and I sent her EXACTLY HOW I WANTED THE FLOWERS DONE IN A BALL SHAPE

Wow - still can't believe this was my wedding! I LOVED everything about this set-up - wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Rochelle & Isn't it Lovely Team - you made my day even more special by your attention to details & professionalism. Rochelle and her team did the most incredible job for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with how everything came together.We were originally planning to set everything up ourselves on the day and figured out pretty quickly that we wanted (and needed) some help. And boy are we glad we did!!!Rochelle swooped in, met with us, took all our ideas and inspo on board and made everything come to reality - and it was even better than we thought it could be!We cannot express what a relief it was handing everything to Rochelle and her team and having complete confidence that it was all taken care of. We would not hesitate recommending Isn't It Lovely Events, as choosing them will let you enjoy your day without any stress or worry, and you can guarantee everything will look stunning.

We hired IIL to style our wedding and source/manage suppliers more than 6 months in advance, was promised a plan 2 months before the wedding and yet with 3 weeks to go, still had no confirmed plan with very limited communication. We had little confidence in their delivery and decided to do everything ourselves. After informing IIL, we still have heard nothing.Our tip is make sure you know how many weddings they are covering each weekend before you give them a non-refundable deposit as it's clear they take on too many events to effectively manage each one. Disappointed.

Rochelle and the Isn't It Lovely were just incredible. Rochelle helped us to work through our ideas and she and her team created such a warm, beautiful and fun atmosphere for our wedding at Adam's Peak Country Estate. Everything was beautiful, from the ceremony, to signage, to table settings. Rochelle was easy to communicate with and approaches her work with such care, love and a sense of humour which just makes her a joy to work with. Even when we had a few hiccups with the weather on the day, Rochelle worked seamlessly with the rest of our vendors to pull together something amazing, and reassured us along the way! The following day they even packaged our flowers into individual bunches for our guests to take home. We absolutely love what Rochelle's team created and highly recommend her to everyone.

Rochelle & the entire team were absolutely wonderful and took out so much stress from the lead up & the day. They helped design, coordinate and bring together our wedding with such attention to detail. They were available to discuss any changes throughout and were able to make great suggestions and guide our vision.
