What a joke! Pizza arrived 20 minutes later than I was told (not usually a big deal, especially considering this place is always late with deliveries) but the two pizzas I ordered were both burnt to a crisp. I should have rang and demanded a refund or another batch instead of trying to force these abominations down, but didn't want to wait another hour to feed my kids... Pretty disappointing really, Pizza Hut used to be a great feed, but they've really dropped the ball of late. Derp.

Ending up driving to the store an hour after ordering as there was no update. They told me it was in the oven but it took another 15 mins to come out, so I think that was a porky. No apology, just do you want a drink". They didn't seem busy at all. Terrible service. Again."

This honestly has to be the worst takeaway food option in Townsville. Order semi frequently - They pay zero attention to the order particulars, and I have never once received an order that was correct. Every pizza I've ever ordered from here has the wrong crust and toppings (not an exaggeration), and the majority of sides are either missing or the wrong menu option. The wait times are ridiculous in store even when empty, and the staff often just ignore customers at the counter while awkwardly staring. The managers seriously need to start enforcing some standards

Pizza Hut Fairfield Waters
Ordered over $50 in food and it never arrived. When I called to find out where it was I was asked if I could go in and pick it up even though I paid delivery. Had no way in so they told me they would refund me. This all happened on the 3rd of May and I am still waiting a month and a half later for a refund. I have called multiple times no response.

18/02/23. Ordered pizzas at 1830 email stated 1930 delivery time at 1935 I checked progress and it was still at store receiving order" Rang the store and was told there was a massive backlog and my order still wasn't on the screen told the girl I no longer wanted delivery and to call me when it was being preped and I'd head down and pick it up received no phone call half an hr later and checked the progress that said it was in the oven

ABOSLUTELY USELESS. Ordered at 6:30pm, website claimed it will be here by 7:05pm. 30 min past the expected the delivery time, still no food. Tried calling no answer. Looking at other reviews I can see ordering from this place was a mistake.Update: Food was OVER AN HOUR LATE AND WAS COLD AS.

Would avoid at all cost. Made an order for 11.30am delivery, by 1pm nothing had shown up, I left them many messages and not one call was answered. I left to go to airport at 1.15pm. Still not food. Tried calling them all afternoon again still no answer. Impossible to yet a refund for something I never actually received. Would highly recommend avoiding at all cost. Unless you feel like giving away free money.

Garlic prawn pizza is a sloppy disaster. Whole pizza is soaked like it's been sitting in water. Pepperoni pizza? 4 pieces of pepperoni on it don't make it a pepperoni pizza. Super supreme and Bbq meat lover are both awesome as per usual
