I’ve never meet a website that makes attempting to get something done more difficult. There needs to be an overhaul on the online side of VicRoads, there is no wonder the offices are full up of frustrated customers unable to do what they want online.

Well I had to wait like 5 minutes because of the covid-19 virus as there can only be like 4-5 customers in at any time,, but other than that it's all good just get a number and you will be seen in 5 minutes...cheers peeps

We had an absolute great experience on Thursday. We had been a bit miss informed and came without an appointment to get my partners van registered into his name. Thanks to everyone who helped us out to make sure we leave with new plates back to Mallacoota.

It was packed, waiting time for some people was nearly 30min , not enough staff, the place is to small for a growing Bairnsdale, way to small.

This branch off Vic roads has a variety off staff. Some are fare and reasonable but one Male in particular who does driving test requires some training in basis human communication skills which should include not shouting at people .

Two staff on. I generated a ticket and sat down. Two customers at the counter so I thought I would be next. Three more customers came in and were served next. Then when I asked why I hadn't been served they said I could go next. It took 2 minutes to receive my information pack. Why generate a ticket if it doesn't put you in the queue? I think they just want people to do everything online.

lady has lied about someone speeding because she didnt like her and failed her, she will get whats coming to her, you cant lie to someone who deserves to get there license holly is an amazing driver, just like the lessen instructor said. lying does nothing but get yourself in trouble. everyone knows she did nothing wrong, so if you want to say she sped, check your eyes just like you told her to you rude lady and get more proof because there could be multiple people she has lied about and they wouldnt know, lucky holly was smart enough to have a camera there. dont lie.
