Used Adam to re-putty some panes in an old casement window. The work was rough as guts and where they scraped off the excess putty they just left it on the ground and on top of the aircons. Leaving 2 stars out of generosity because the pane was an awkward angle to get to. I've done the rest myself though and achieved a better finish. Not sure if he's better with modern glazing but I wouldn't recommend him for putty work.
