This is the place to go if you're looking for a tailored suit which is still affordable. I came in looking for a wedding suit and had no clue about what to look for. From the get go Sedina was extremely helpful. She never rushed or pushed and seemed very genuine and easy to talk to. I ended up having to postpone the wedding several times and she was always happy to help work around this. When some bowties we ordered did not arrive, she helped us get some new ones posted in record time before the wedding. InStitchu are very lucky to have her working in their North Sydney store and I will be recommending coming here to all of my friends and family.

Absolutely amazing, my partner has bought many items from Sedina over the years and she recently helped kit out him and his groomsmen for our wedding. The suits and shirts are always finished to a great quality and look great, but it’s Sedina who makes the experience that much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. Lance and the team at Institchu North Sydney are absolutely exceptional to deal with. When I wandered in to the store at the end of last year, I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I just knew I wanted a high quality tailored suit.Lance and his team were super welcoming from the moment I stepped foot in the store and helped me decide on exactly what I wanted without being pushy or overly suggestive.When I initially came to pick up the suit, there was an issue with the sizing due to an input error in their tailoring system. Lance owned this straight away and kicked into problem solving mode to ensure I was able to still get the perfect fitting suit. Things don't always go to plan, so I respected how Lance handled it.I would recommend Lance and his team to anyone looking for a warm, friendly and professional tailoring experience.Thanks again for your help!

Placed an order for a suit and spare pair of trousers on 18 May 2022. Received less than a month later. Sedina was really helpful and guided me through the whole process.Really happy with the results. I had an amazing experience at InStitchU North Sydney from start to finish! From the time I walked in the door Sedina was amazing and extremely helpful in getting me set-up with a suit and two shirts. The appointment was leisurely and not rushed at all, the measurement process as well as the fabric selection process was extensive to ensure I would recieve the perfect taliored items. Once my order was placed I was kept updated on the progress of my items and as soon as they arrived I was able to come in for a fitting and everything was beautiful! Can't thank Sedina enough for all her work in getting the measurements perfect and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I visited Institchu NS for a wedding suit fitting and was blown away by how seamless (excuse the pun) the whole process was. Sedina is a rare example of someone who has mastered her craft on top of caring deeply about providing the best possible service for her customers. As for the suits themselves, I can safely say that the quality and fit was the best I've ever had. Cannot recommend InStitchu enough but do not go to the North Sydney office. Mistake after mistake, incredibly rude service and an ending in tears for my fiancé. Planning a wedding was stressful enough without this experience. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different InStitchu office.
