Spotlight Preston

Difficult for me to find the section i wanted, but it has just about everything in haberdashery available and in various colours. Worthwhile visiting this relativity new store. This store not usually too busy..

I went in looking for some green cloth to make a green screen and was very much surprised at how many options there were. The staff there where very helpful in showing me my options and gave me the right advice based on previous customer choice's for exactly the same thing I was looking to do. The price was also really cheap and lovely friendly service all round. Will be back for my next crafting and fabric needs.

Had almost everything I needed, apart from the right type of fabric to mend a dress. Range of fabric could be better.

Majority of staff at this store are extremely rude and unhelpful. I have been scoffed at, scowled at and spoken to like a piece of garbage on the occasions that I have asked a question or for assistance with something. I try to avoid this store now, despite being my local.The only time I experienced friendly staff was when I was served by the young girls at the party counter who greeted me with a smile and were extremely polite.

She went above and beyond to listen to our needs and requirements and came up with great solutions.Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable about the in store products and her customer service is first class.A most sincere thank you.

Went in there for wallpaper as the website says it sells it, they said as they're a smaller store they don't sell it. Alarms going off, terrible layout very stressful place to visit

Don't go there expecting to use a trolley- they don't have any. Baskets on wheels are not really suitable to transport 3 1.8m day & night roller blinds out to the car.

Huge variety of products, but their checkout always seems to be extremely slow. There have been times that I have just put things down and walked out rather than continue waiting endlessly in a long queue. They need to sort this out - perhaps an express lane for people with basic items? More staff at registers?

Friendly and helpful staff are there. It is best to go in the evening after work or staff ate too rare and busy to help.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spotlight Preston and I must say, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello from the staff. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and were able to answer all of my questions with ease.What really stood out to me was how attentive the staff were to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for and even offered suggestions for other products that I might be interested in. They were patient, kind, and truly seemed to care about my shopping experience.The store itself was immaculate and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed.Overall, I cannot recommend Spotlight Preston enough.
