Great gym. Always clean and tidy and it is well equipped. The manager, Vicky, is always friendly and up for a chat.

I would like to recommend this gym.The staff are always eager to help.Specially Vicki.Vicki is amazing as a club manager and always motivates you to do better, to go bigger.All things said, would love to have a little bit more room and more options in free weights.

We used to go to the jetts located at fortitude, that gym has a lot of equipments and more space. However, since we moved to south we have to go to the one at Sunnybank hills, where always crowded with less equipments and have to wait for long time also.We just unhappy that we pay same price but get different service in different branches. The equipments in Sunnybank hill one are really too old to enjoy.

Been coming to this gym since it opened and i love it.I've always been greeted with a smile by Vicki and her staff. They're really nice and friendly , helpful in regards to exercise related questions and take really good care of their members and the gym. The gym is always clean, it has a great variety of equipment and overall an awesome vibe.

This club is amazing!! Outstanding customer service from PT and Management they are always extremely helpful! The Club has an awesome atmosphere, its Very clean and tidy and the members are super friendly!We Have referred about 5 friends already to Join the club! Doesn't matter if you are novice, intermediate or advanced. There is equipment and trainers to assist for all fitness levels.Highly recommend.

Overall an excellent gym, I have been a foundation member signing up before the gym was built. The managers and staff have always been helpful and friendly. It does get busy at peak times but then again what gym doesn't. As for Ela's review I think it's rather harsh, you do realise it is a gym and not a day spa?

Staff are very friendly, always encourage customers. I like the large window at the gym so I can enjoy the scenery view during workout.

Gym has an awsome atmosphere and is always tidy. Good range of equipment. Staff are friendly and the manager Vickie always goes out of her way to help her members
