Anaconda Frankston

The staff at Anaconda Frankston always go out of their way to make your experience the best and easiest possible. They are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help. I recently went in looking for replacement poles for a swag and the kind staff member working in the camping section came back in seconds with the right poles and even gave them to me for free.I would highly recommend this store, especially for people like me who need a bit of help when it comes to outdoor equipment.

Amazing service from Rachel when trying to buy some boots for hiking in snow. Almost bought the totally wrong type. The store was very busy but she still patiently took the time to explain what I needed and help me find the right shoe at my budget.

I had an incredible customer experience in this store with a delightful staff member who went over & above. I would definitely recommend this store for great help and service. I will never forget the way they helped me with my request

I was in today, 28/12/22. It was a long wait at the register due how busy it was. I was called over to a register. Instead of processing my single purchase. Another staff member took over the register for someone else's return. Which left us waiting. Other customers behind me were being served at other registers and leaving. I said why call me over and then leave me waiting while you process another transaction? Immediately I was accused of being angry, which I wasn't,. she said if you don't like it go to the back of the cue. I said please just process the transaction. Immediately she said 'what did you say couple of times'. Only one of us was angry and it wasn't me.I understand it was busy but the staff members reaction was way out of line. Why bother shopping in the store when you can shop online and not deal with an overreaction by one staff member. My daughter was with me and her comment on leaving the store was how rude the staff member was and she wanted to return the item. I live locally but I won't be back. As there are plenty of other shopping available.

Place is packed with stuff all over the place which is great from a choice point of view, but then hard to find what you're looking for. Clothes all over the floor or dumped in wrong places. Few staff but those there were really friendly and helpful

I was disappointed with my visit to Frankston Anaconda today. I went in primarily to look at tents and found it difficult to see them or get to them due to the amount of boxes stacked in and around them. I asked for a brochure on the top of range tent I'm interested in... they don't have them. ?? (They had to move stuff so I could even get to the tent!) The store was extremely messy and really difficult to navigate around the stacks of shrink wrapped boxes piled high. There were heaps of staff on the floor but no-one offering any customer service. One person on the till couldn't cope with the queue . I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to the experience.

Click and collect is disorganized. I arrived to pick my stuff and it was not in the front ready for me. I had to chase a store assistant in the store to find my goods since the guy in the register did not even call anyone after i asked.

Wow. I walked into this shop. Totally packed with every conceivable accessory for just about any sport or hobby. I had a click and collect to pick up. Whilst here why not get a thermos and a new beanie. The first lady I asked about the thermos she promptly walked me to the isle . Then my hunt for a beanie. A asked a young lady who was putting stock away. She explained that she didn't think they had any but could be over in that direction. Mmm I walked away.Seen a young man asked him. He explained that they only have a few on the display models. My mind wandered thinking a shop this size and no beanies. Ahh well not to be. Off to the service desk and just by chance I asked the guy there. Well right there was a isle full of them.I dont understand the point of having a shop jammed packed with products if the staff are not knowledgeable

I came out this store super happy and joyful. It was a few minutes before 5pm when they were closing and i asked the kind staff members Harley and Flynn if i could come out the entrance as it was easier to. They said “of course, but only if you aren’t stealing” whilst having a little giggle. I loved that the staff were comfortable enough to have a joke with me as well as going out of their way to help me. This is how all stores should treat their costumers. I will always come back here as it is a fun loving store with terrific staff.These 2 young made my day!!
