Beacon Lighting Bundaberg

I paid and waited to pick up my light which was not a problem. the problem was that upon picking it up I noticed straight away it was the wrong light, not only that, he had to order this wrong light and the one I wanted was in store. I had to pay the very very small price difference. SO the service gentlemen, twice with me pointing and physical showing him twice the light I wanted he ordered a light I did not want and I had to wait for that wrong light, when all the time the light I showed him twice was in store. The reason for this long winded review is I also told him, we have electricians booked and would I get the light in a month and half time. Not happy we their customer service, or that they could not waive the $8 price difference for their mistake.

Tried to return two fans that were recently installed which has a small electrical noise coming from both fans and was met by the salesman accusing me of installing them myself and had created a fault in both fans which i didnt. The salesman voice was elevated and throwing his arms in the air yelling at me to leave the store all the while telling me my claim won't be processed simply because I had the sparkle remove the faulty fans put them back in the box an return them to the store in which they where purchased. All in all they have a very bad attitude to customers and would never recommend shopping here, go to bunning there return policy is easy and stress free.

The team at Beacon couldn't be more helpful. They were absolutely bend over backwards helpful and made our dealings so pleasant. Support your local stores, including Beacon. I highly recommend them, thanks!

My Partner and I came in here to purchase some lights for a house we are renovating in the area. Quite a disappointing and deflating experience. Both the customer service people we spoke to were more interested in telling us where we can/cannot put lights in, instead of trying to sell us lights. Very hesitant to return.

Happy to have a beacon lighting in Bundaberg!
