Kali is the best hairdresser for me. Love how she cuts and styles my hair. Love this Salon and will keep using.

I made an appointment weeks ago for foils, colour, cut and style for long hair. Than I was phoned late on a Sunday (a week ago), to ask to change the appointment because one of their staff booked it on the wrong day. I explained I was unable to have it done on the days/times they wanted me to change it to, so they said they would keep the appointment for me. I was then contacted again this morning, and told that my hair could not be done because the staff member would be sick the day of my appointment (1 and a half weeks away!). During the call I said that the hairdresser already phoned and said they didn’t want to do it that day and I suggested that they were now cancelling because they didn’t want to do the job. I was told yes.This isn’t the first time this hairdressers has stuffed up times. They did it before when I booked my kids in to get their hair done. They called me hours before the appointments and said they had to change the day because someone had booked the wrong times.So I would say to anyone thinking of using this salon, be prepared for a last minute phone call to cancel, because the hairdresser has made other plans and the customer is just in the way.

Kali has been cutting my hair for seven plus years, always does the best consultation, always listens and gives the perfect results, highly recommend!

Absolutely so happy with how talented and lovely Kali is, I trust her so much with my hair it has come a long way since going to her. She makes you feel so comfortable while you are at your appointment. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else! ❤️

Through every colour change and hair growth I wouldn’t have it any other way than to go with kali. She has a one in a million personality that’s is so lovely an inviting always does an amazing job every time I won’t trust anyone else with my hair ♥️

Kali was my hairdresser for over 5yrs, in that time she also become a friend, Kali is very professional, understanding of all different types of hair and what would suit clients, she listened to what I wanted when it came to my hair and the end result was always amazing.
