Cospak

Went in yesterday to have a look at the jars. Girls behind the counter were to busy gossiping and taking bids for Melbourne cup to pay any attention to us. Stood at the counter for ages waiting for someone. When they finally paid attention to us the lady that served us was quite helpful. Only reason you have been given two stars is because of her.

Terrible customer service. No one calls back, replies to email or get quotes done. How do they do any business?!! I Tried 2 online quotes, no reply. 2 emails, 1 reply with only 3 of the 6 quotes requested, 3 phone calls, and still no one getting back to me?!?!

Ordered using the product code by phone, and drove 1.5 hours to pick up. Got told to wait an hour before pickup. Pitched up to collect 4 hours later and the order was not ready. On collection we noticed they supplied the incorrect items, and then didn’t have correct items in stock. Wasted our day and not even apologetic. Very bad service.

Absolutely disgusted at the dishonest conduct of this business - I cancelled an order before the payment was charged to my credit card - I informed their sales department by phone and e-mail not to process the payment but they still went ahead the following day - I have spoken to their accounts department on multiple occasions and have been given lie after lie after lie. They tell you that they can take your card payment but cannot refund you and you have to wait 2 weeks! Then after all this they have sent out the cancelled goods! Goods were rejected 10 days ago and still no refund - called today to be told that the credit has not been applied for the returned goods that should have not been sent in the first place - They have now had my money 3 weeks and still nothing - We have informed our bank of their dishonest verging on illegal activities - The ACCC has also been informed - Buyers beware I feel that this company is scamming it's customers

Here's how my experience went..- Emailed an order to Sydney (repeat of a previous order), never heard back- Called to place the order and question the no response, got a new girl and promised staff would contact me back.- Emailed straight away to follow up- Days later never heard back, called again, got the same girl who again said they would get back to me. Never did.- Another few days passed, called to try and place the order. Complained and made them process it whilst I was on the phone (less postage).- Emailed after I received the receipt saying please call after its packed so I can pay freight. Never heard back.- The next Tuesday I called and they said it was posted and would send me the tracking - GREAT!- Never got a tracking so called on the Wed, said they would email it.- Called on Friday to find out where it is? Still hadn't left! New girl promised me she would make sure it left that day and apologized.- It's now the following Wednesday, called to get a tracking for the 3rd time, HASN'T LEFT!?!? Needs a quote for shipping despite telling me it had been sent 3 times!- Called and requested it to be shipped free of charge and a manager contact me, also sent an email. Still nothing.Completely useless.

Great customer service over the phone. Rose-Marie was very helpful and friendly. My sample order came the next day and items were clearly labelled minimizing confusion. Glass jars look great and prices are very competitive.Thank you

I dealt with Jennifer, about an order that we needed to turn around very quickly on short notice. She was able to keep me up to date with all the information I needed, communicate with her great delivery driver Steve and turn around an order that was for an important client. Superb customer service and quality work, thoroughly impressed!

I have been trying for more than two weeks to get a hold of someone with no success. After 4 emails and 3 phones calls, I give up with this place. It should not be this hard to spend my money! It's such a shame really as an industry professional had recommended this place to me.
