AAA City Removalists

Had the incredible hulk package from AAA and I was satisfied with the exceptional service. Two removalists were very professional and efficient. They handled all the stuff very well too. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Used AAA to move this weekThe two movers they sent Emil and Esam were professional, skilled and polite.I will say though the company itself does have many fees some even presented to you on the day.Total cost was $850 for a 1 bed room.And that was 5 hours of work (including call out time)

We used AAA Removalists this week to relocate. The team were on time, professional and nothing was a problem. With a delayed settlement and waiting for keys the team were amazing they waited for us to be able to enter our new home and unpacked 2 trucks with care. Always professional and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend them

First thing to say is the removalists Basha and Michael in Truck 25 were first class. On time, hit the ground running and never stopped. Polite and careful. No damage whatsoever even delivering up a dirt track in the country. Excellent. Roy in the office was very good too. The charging was not so great. I was rattled with the request for 100% deposit up front but Roy was able to take 50%. Moving is stressful on the day. Be mindful of agreeing to shrink and bubble wrapping. The quote had mentioned free mattress shrink wrap (“valued at $30” in small print) so we didn’t think it was a big deal. It was a bit of a surprise to find we were up for $350. We were also charged for a bit more time taken over the day which was entirely justified. With tolls, heavy items, overages added on the day were nearly $800 on the initial quote. And yet the final price was competitive with other quotes we received. With such a great contractors working for them I wish AAA would be confident to quote in a more clear and straightforward way. That aside highly recommended for service and final value.

Yesterday I was served by truck 7. Fadi and his assistant. It was a very smooth pick up and drop off, even the weather was very hot. They were on time, professionals and took care of the furniture.Thanks for your patience and good service.I recommend AAA City removalist.

I want to say that Bashar, Michael, and, Ricardo in truck 25 are absolutely amazing! A very difficult move into a terrace in the inner city was done with exceptional professionalism! All the drama you can imagine with no street parking, ridiculously narrow stairs, over the balcony, you name it. And the entire move in 5 hours. I highly recommend these guys. I will use them again for sure.

Bashar, Michael, and Ricardo (Truck 25) did a wonderful job moving our stuff, including all the heavy items like wooden bed frames, sofas, and several tables.They handled everything well, including disassembly and reassembly of the bed frame which has, and wrapping items that we care more.Kudos to them!

My experience with this company started off well; Prior to the moving date, I spoke to two different people over the phone who were friendly, respectful and reassured me that the day would go smoothly.During the service on the day, I was given two men that spoke very weak English and it was difficult for me to communicate to them. One of them didn't even bother to say hello. They were very rough with my belongings and they damaged a few pieces of furniture; my mattress got some water damage and I saw one of them rolling my dining table down the footpath on the way into my apartment. I asked the men what did they do to my furniture and they kept denying about what they did.I complained to someone from AAA City Removalists on the phone about their behaviour and they offered to give me a one hour discount on the invoice. When the job was done, one of the guys kept demanding that I send him a personal text message congratulating him on a good job and to provide thanks for the one hour discount. I felt very pressured in giving him a disingenuine review based on the quality of the job. Also, the men left some things at my old apartment and they were constantly calling me and asking me to come over and help them, despite the fact that I told them in person that I was going to stay behind and unpack my belongings.Two days after the service was finished, I was not given a receipt of the service and someone just texted me an image of the original invoice instead. Overall, I do not feel confident in saying that I had a good experience with this company and I encourage anyone reading this to proceed with caution if you decide to go with AAA City Removalists. I have given a two star review because they were decent enough to give me a slight discount.
