My boyfriend bought 1 magnet- got charged for 3.My mom bought 4 magnets which were priced 5.99 each- got charged 3 for 5.99 and one for 9.99.2 different people served them. Is overbilling a shop policy?Unfortunately we realised when we left so couldn't even get our money back. People check your receipt!

The staff are just so friendly, approachable and helpful. When in ISO when son got covid they very quickly delivered medication needed the dr sent to the clinic which was very appreciated. Likewise, have allowed me to pay for scripts over the phone and have collected on my behalf when I've been unable to get there due to terrible back injury and or offered other solutions where ever practical (IE a taxi delivery if helpful). They have a lovely range of gifts and other items for both tourists and locals; swimwear/ kids stinger suits...magnets makeup and more! Very promptly accommodated my partner for his covid shots. Also, provide medical certs for $15 when needed and perhaps can't get into the GP for those who may benefit from this service!I tend to avoid going elsewhere but here... Or the cannonvale (Whitsunday plaza) store.

Very expensive chemist.Just paid $16 for something that usually costs $6 at chemist warehouse. Buyer beware! !!

Dropped in looking to stock up on some first-aid supplies before doing the Conway Circuit. Found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Me and my girlfriend were buying sun cream and toothpaste and having a look round the shop for any other necessary items when walking near the end to turn around and go pay we’re met with ‘erm are you buying that’. The rude Karen judged two teenagers following us round the shop. Low life with nothing better. Very expensive and better shop on the other side.

Bought small skincare products here and also some souvenir hats. The staff is very friendly and made us aware of their sales items so we could save some cash $$$.The prices at this place are a bit cheaper compared to the same branded pharmacy just across the street that is labelled as night pharmacy.

Always use this Airlie Beach pharmacy! The staff are always friendly and helpful and there is a 15 min parking space at the back entrance ( if your lucky)

We purchased a snow globe for our daughter while on vacation and had it confiscated by airport security. I reached out via email to the pharmacy and Rylee arranged for a new one to be shipped to my home in the US! She went above and beyond and made sure that my little girl received her snow globe for her collection. That is true customer service, and I am forever grateful to Rylee and the rest of the staff at LiveLife Pharmacy, thank you!

Great customer service by team. My mum lost her medication so managed to have an over the phone appointment with the doctor and the pharmacy kindly allowed us to send the prescription to their email. Once they received the prescription and sold us the medication, also kept it in the fridge as we did not have where to storage until our check-in time. Best costumer service ever!
