The team here does an excellent job of providing you the stuff you need with friendly service and advice. Multiple trailers for use (complementary) to get your goods home. Come here often and never disappointed with the value for money.

Helpful and friendly staff. Helped us a lot sourcing natural stone pavers in all mixed and unusual sizes, even if they didn't have it in stock.Highly recommended, will be back

Been using the Yards products for a few years now. I've found their products pretty good on price and that's the reason I use them but I've also found the staff to be very knowledgeable people and nice folk ad well.

Absolutely disgusting service by a member of staff called Claire who attempted to overcharge myself and my husband, for the second time, did not apologise but then proceeded to loudly verbally abuse us .The most unbelievably rude and ignorant member of staff/customer service that myself and my husband have ever experienced.

Not sure why my husband was spoken to so rudely today. We've been loyal customers for the past 10 years and have spent good $$$ to support this local business. He had just paid for a boot full of potting mix bags and was asked to move his car by an irate man, there was ample room for your trucks! It costs nothing to be nice, he was just leaving anyway - you've just lost our business mate.

Good range of soils, barks and mulches and seem to be slightly cheaper than the competition down the road. Friendly staff that are happy to give advice. Best of all, they have courtesy trailer for use but must ring ahead to confirm availability. I got 1/2 a cube of high- grade vegetable soil mix in their courtesy trailer all for only $44.50. Far better & cheaper than the bagged soils at Bunnings & no plastic. Only wish they used a local printer for business cards that buys their products.

Dan and the team are knowledgeable, patient and generally great to deal with. They correctly calculated how much drainage gravel and soil I'd need for my new vegie beds. It was no problem to reschedule delivery a few times because of rain, and then do two seperate, smaller deliveries to protect our lawn. All up, they made a big project easier and I definitely recommend The Yard.
