Absolutely incredible customer service. Catered to our every need, including flexible drop off and pick up times. We had booked to drop off for 11am but were able to drop off at 1.30pm with no extra charge. Courtesy ride to and from the airport but they very kindly dropped up to our cruise terminal instead of the airport. Staff are very lovely, friendly and welcoming. We are using their services again after our cruise because they’re that good!!

Shuttle bus ride was quick and smooth. Service in office was amazing and they are very informative and happy to answer any questions I had as I am new to renting. The car was clean, new and drove smoothly. Upon return the check out experience was easy and they even Shuttled me back to where I needed to go. Prices were cheap and service was great; Highly recommend.

We recently hired a Kia Carnival (new model) for 5 days from Crazy Clark's and my family and I were very impressed with the service and price. The shuttle bus collected us from Brisbane airport promptly. The driver was friendly and very informative. The office staff were professional, helpful and had us on our way in no time. Upon return of the vehicle the entire transaction was completed without any issues and we were conveyed to the airport immediately. I highly recommend Crazy Clark's. They provide very reasonable priced modern car rentals and their conduct was both professional and friendly.

Had a great experience using Crazy Clark’s Car rentals! They had a car for us last minute with decent prices. The customer service was great and the staff at the front desk and the shuttle bus driver were all amazing and super friendly. Would highly recommend this company. A great overall experience.

It is advisable to reconsider using this car rental shop. I rented a car from May 25th to June 14th, approximately three weeks, after arriving in Brisbane. The car was in good condition, and the rental period ended without any issues. However, during the return, they pointed out a scratch on the wheel. Since I didn't take any photos, I couldn't prove that the scratch was already there, and I had to pay a fine of $120. The basis for this $120 fine was also unclear, and they refused to accommodate my request. Personally, I would never use this car rental service again.

Crazy Clark’s Car Rentals picked us up in the shuttle bus from the airport within 10 minutes of arriving off our plane. The service was exceptional with a feel good customer experience. We were on a timeline on our return home and they stepped up to our needs perfectly.

Absolutely cannot fault the customer service for this company, so quick and easy to work with!!Peter was phenomenal making sure I got to where I needed to get to on time, extremely prompt and kind!Ben also transported me and had incredible customer service also, great for a chat and very welcoming!Not just that, the prices were great, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!

We rented a swift for 2 days from 25th to 28 Dec.There was a pick up from airport to the rental, we didn't have to wait too long. The rental is about 10 mins drive from the airport.However, drop off was bit of an issue for us as flight departure was at 19.30 and the rental office closes at 6pm and the last shuttle is at 5.30pm. There are no petrol stations near by though Google maps shows a few..but they are all only diesel. We missed the shuttle and booked our own uber (cost about $15 which is not much).However, as soon as we parked the car and the guy came out to inspect, we were shocked that he noticed a dent at the right side rear. Even as he was approaching the car he straight away noticed this. It's hardly noticeable. Need to look really hard.He charged us $250 more. We already had gold package with an excess of $500. We had paid $250 deposit when we picked up.We spent just a min inspecting the car ...and it was not by any stretch a thorough inspection.I recommend all that if you go with this rental please do a thorough inspection and take photos and videos.We checked with the hotel staff and they confirmed they dint cause any dents while parking(staff at the hotel did the parking for us). So nothing happened while we drove and parked and yet we have this dent.When we called them to discuss the lady repeatedly pointed out we had signed the contract that we are accepting the vehicle and we had done our checks.Now, I'm not sure if this is something they are doing by design and fleecing my money or maybe they just dint notice it existed before.If it's the former, there will be many more customers who wud've had the same experience. I encourage them to share their experience.As for me, I'll make sure I get a proper quote and the bill for the repair work. Not sure if there is anything else I can do.Don't mind paying if we caused the dent unknowingly. But if they are doing this intentionally, I would like to dispute this.
