I can’t recommend Ngaire and her team enough! They coordinated and styled our wedding at Rosewood Estate with such great attention to detail. Throughout the planning process Ngaire was super organised, professional and gave great advice. She reminded me of all the details that can be easily missed amongst all of the big ideas. Both the ceremony and reception area were styled beautifully, placing all my trust in Ngaire in styling and planning out the reception space. She brought my vision to life and made the day run incredibly smoothly, letting my family and I enjoy the day without any dramas. Not being from the area of where our wedding was held, it was overwhelming finding great suppliers such as florists, plants, DJs etc. However, Ngaire made this process incredibly easy by supplying a very generous list of amazing, professional suppliers. The whole organising process was made so easy, communication was excellent and efficient and I always felt organised thanks to Ngaire and the team. They truly made my wedding dreams come to life.

Ngaire should be used as the industry standard template other event stylists use for perfection. She's meticulous, oh-so-good at understanding your event vibe, fast thinking, and ridiculously organised and thought of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g.We had to change our venue 6 weeks out from the elopement (thanks, pandemic & lockdowns) but oh man, Ngaire came in CLUTCH with what can only be described as the most perfect venue. Even more perfect than our first venue choice, we now happily say!Even on the day, when we were hit with another new (rather low blow) lockdown rule, Ngaire worked a miracle with the venue managers & our vendors to come up with a perfectly suited plan B for us as a couple. I don't know how she did it (magic? expert level negotiation skills? it's a wonderful life mystery!), but when we had so many things working against us, Ngaire just kept delivering win after win and she fought hard to make the day truly memorable.She went above and beyond our expectations, and she is truly worth her weight in precious gems and gold.If you're looking to book a stylist who you will deliver your dreams into reality - I highly advise that you look to have Ngaire working for you.

Ngaire was an absolute dream to work with for my wedding. When I said to her we are looking for Harry Potter Luxe theming, she took that idea to a whole new level and those details on the day is what made it absolutely perfect. In addition to this, and I think this is where I realised how amazing it was to have Ngaire as coordinator as well, was the amount of time she spent contacting all our suppliers prior to the wedding and on the day. This meant my partner and I could spend time with our family and friends knowing that it was all under control. Ngaire and the Event Stylist and Co Team are an absolute must have for your wedding and I cannot recommend them enough, thank you again!

From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with and made our special day an unforgettable experience. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and they took the time to really understand our vision for the day. Ngaire exceeded all expectations. She was an absolute honey to work with and made the wedding so calm and relaxed for my daughter and I. Ngaire gave us a little planning support and on the day coordination and was a dream to work with. She knows the industry top to bottom and has a great list of local suppliers. We didn't need a lot of design elements but she helped us find exactly the right ones to bring the vision together. Thanks so much Ngaire, we really appreciate it!

Where do we even begin!? My husband and I approached Ngaire 12 months ago and explained our wedding vision- 165 guests, 40 kids, cultural performances, sit down dinner, outdoors under the moonlight and all brought to life at a DIY venue (and with a limited budget!). I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the most challenging brief yet! All I can say is that booking Ngaire to help coordinate our wedding was there best decision we made. Her advice in the lead up to the wedding was amazing in ensuring everything would run smoothly on the day, with a focus on our guests having a great experience. Nothing can compare to the absolutely amazing work Ngaire did on the day itself- Ngaire was on site from the start of the day to the very end, coordinating many vendors to ensure our vision was brought to life (it was AMAZING) and then staying back to manage the pack down of it all to ensure our guests didn’t have to do a thing. She was the critical piece that made our wedding day absolutely perfect - we honestly have Ngaire to thank for making our wedding the best day of our lives!!!! Ngaire, you are amazing- we are SOOO thankful to have had you part of our day and couldn’t have done it without you. THANK YOU FOR THE BEST DAY EVER!!!!!!

Venue changes, date changes, a celebrant stuck over the border, lockdowns.... nothing was too much for Ngaire and we couldn't imagine our special day without her being there. Our calm in the storm leading up , and an absolute ray of sunshine on the day. No detail was left to chance, Ngaire was meticulous in her planning and honestly the smooth running of our day comes down only to her. But it's not that that makes anyone recommend Ngaire. It's her ability to make you feel like the most important person on the planet, that your day is the only wedding that's ever mattered. So blessed to have had this incredible human and her amazing vendors bring our absolute dream wedding to life. Thank you Ngaire, from the bottom of our hearts

Judging by other reviews, Ngaire and the team do a fantastic job on the day. Unfortunately our experience with this business has not been a good one and I would go as far to say that their treatment of our scenario was unethical. We were in the unfortunate position of needing to cancel our wedding after we had already organised everything. This cancellation was over 9 months prior to the date we had locked in, however Ngair refused to refund any of our deposit, despite the fact they had spent 0 time working with us outside of booking the date. We were proposing that they retain a portion of the deposit to cover admin time and felt it was reasonable to request a partial refund given there was plenty of time for them to re-book that date.In their terms and conditions it does state that deposits are not refundable, however our other vendors also had that same set of terms, but were reasonable in meeting at a middle ground, given it was very likely they'd be able to rebook the date so far away.We understand that legally they have done nothing wrong, however this does not come close to passing the pub test and is clearly a cash grab... $600 for about 10 minutes work.Based on our experience above, I think there are far more deserving businesses to manage your big day.
