Josh : Real ProfessionalI went it today and asked for help regarding some lenses. Josh (asked his name later) first asked me about what if I need help and once I gave him a short description of what I had in mind, he asked me to wait. A few seconds later he came back and told me it can take 10-15 minutes before he can get back to me for better help, which I really admired because it reflected his respect for my time. He the. Offered me if I want to go grab a coffee and come back. I decided to come back in the afternoon as I was actually in a bit of hurry too. Overall, Josh is a true professional who seems very patient and understanding.Max: Real helperI went back in the afternoon where I was approached by Max the who offered his assistance. I asked for a zoom lens to try out. He offered a suitable lens to try and instantly put it in the camera for me to try. i found max a very respectful and humble professional. He knew exactly how much to talk so that I would not feel uncomfortable (in silence) nor did it make me feel I am being lectured about basics of using a camera or lens. It seemed as if he knew exactly what information is going to be important or new to me and he would only tell those in the right time. He was very quick in helping me finalising my purchase as well and I don’t think I spent more than 7 minutes in-store in the afternoon.In summary, these two are legends who made my day. Sony may be terrible at picking names for its products, but its are really good at finding good people to work with it.

Visited Sony Store in Westfield Parramatta a couple of days ago and this store executive named Max was a great help. He helped me in selecting the right product based on my current budget. The product advised by him is XB-400 and it sounds amazing. He spent a lot of time in understanding my requirement, explaining all possible options within my budget and a slightly above my budget and thereby finally, selecting the right product for me. Max is very knowledgeable and he actually cared to patiently listen to what I said. I wish him luck for his career and life in general. Thanks Max

Great customer service. Got a product transferred from another store for pickup which was convenient and prevented the need to travel.

I'd had wonderful service from this store via the phone so I thought I'd call in personally when I was in Sydney. SONY has excellent items in all their various electronic options (sound , vision etc) and are hard to beat for quality. I particularly was helped regarding their range of SONY lenses for my SONY Alpha camera.

Great display of various sizes and variations of Sony TV models.Staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, but not overly pushy.Came away with a lot more knowledge about making a decisive purchase in the future.Will take my wife back for a look.

Recently purchased a camera in this store and received excellent customer service from Ryan. I’m pleasantly surprised by the experience in this store each time I go in for a new lens or accessory - Ryan and the other staff I’ve come across are knowledgeable and helpful, happy to price match, and let you try before you buy :-)
