Kate and the team at Barton Flower Bar are wonderful. I had to reschedule then cancel my wedding and they were so lovely and accommodating. I thought a lot about who to chose for my flowers and they were by far the best in the business. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Thank you Barton Flower Bar team.

The most unfriendly & rude , unwelcoming staff! When we went in to buy flowers for a family member who recently passed away we had the most unpleasant experience & this was 9.30am when there was also no stock unpacked. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the unpleasant experience, do yourself a favour & do what we did & went to food barn in Kingston & they had great stock.i only wish I had of checked the stores reviews before going out of my way!

Flowers were beautiful when collected. Queried the value for money at the time. Roses started to become deteriorated 2 days after. Called to inform them but manager was unhelpful and unsure how to respond and blaming other factors. Maybe replace the bouquet!

Not overly impressed by the bouquet received. I chose the 'Florist's Choice' option which was pretty enough but the roses in the arrangement were already quite open. No wow factor here.

I have ordered and bought flowers on a few occasions and have been very happy and they last well. Earlier this week I was picking up a bouquet, on my way to a funeral, that my friend had ordered. There was a mix up with the order so it was not ready. The lady I dealt with made the most beautiful bouquet in a very short time. Thank you and I will definitely be back.
