They sell vetafarm pellets yet feed their birds an inferior seed mix. Birds kept in gross conditions, the poor blue and gold macaw has one poo covered perch which is horrible for his feet, his feathers are in atrocious condition (most likely die to poor nutrition, lack of vitamin D and lack of baths).Couldn't get served because the 2 people in there were too busy talking about a sports game they played and refused to serve us, so just walked out.Incredibly rude employees and horribly kept animals (there was also a few dead fish in the tanks).

The receptionists are very kind and very informative. Oh, dont forget they have membership card and if you earn like ten or something, you get discounts for pet food!:)

Went in looking for specific things for my animals and was asked with a couple of minutes if I needed help. The staff were very helpful with what I was after. Very nice and neat inside. Thank you for an easy shop! Will definitely be coming back.
