Absolute beaut service from the young lady that served me, went in knowing what sort of bike I wanted and her knowledge lead to me buying a bike that I’m enjoying riding! Upon purchasing, the mechanics went over the bike to ensure it was in tip top shape and ready to jump on a go! Thanks a bunch Wollongong Bike Hub, definitely recommend buying from here! 5 stars!

Very helpful staff, lots of stock and quick turn around on an ordered bikeAttention to detail on the bike build wasnt great, gears needed tuning brakes slightly rubbing and cables were generally messy. Otherwise happy with the service

Friendly service, made sure I knew what was happening the whole time. I took 3 bikes in for repairs. When one of my bikes would have been too expensive to repair they recommended I didn't do it. Great service.

Very friendly team, they were very helpful and not at all condescending towards me due to my lack of knowledge regarding bicycles. They took the time to answer all my questions before my service and were very transparent regarding the fact that the service would probably include a new chain. The base price of the service was very reasonable.I have recently moved to Wollongong and this team has gained a return customer. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

The team are great, helpful and knowledgeable. The selection of bikes, scooters, accessories etc is great and I have been coming here for years for both of my kids and their bike needs and upgrades. I trust these guys, if I have any issues I know I can just drop the bikes off and they'll take care of it. I will be coming back again for the next bike upgrades. I recommend you do as well!
