Very helpful when my husband needed some advice and assistance with a new plan for our son. Directed him to the best deal available on the Optus website and mad sure he understood how to access it. Excellent service.

Optus Should be ashamed of themself s, my father has been in Age care for the last year and Optus are still billing him $75 a month, they wont cancel his account unless they speak to him and he gives them his pin Number, even though myself and my brother have Power of attorney there still making life so difficult even after spending 2 hours talking to Optus support for 2 hours.How can my father talk to them when he is suffering with dementia. You should be ashamed Optus. social media will be flooded with this l promise.

Optus both in store and on their help line are the most unhelpful unorganized group of people that i have ever had dealings with they have no concept of customer service and have bogged themselves down in red tape and lost the concept of what a customer has to go through to receive individual attention. I will go right out of my way to never deal with them again and advise everyone i meet for the rest of my life to do the same.

New phone purchased through Optus came with a fault, returned twice to fix with no results, in the process the team at this store broke my backup phone as well. I now know to avoid Optus at all costs.

I had a 4g broadband service disconnected early when transitioning to NBN through no fault of the store leaving me with no internet.The friendly staff gave me all the information I needed to contact technical support and when the service still could not be restored the staff called up support on my behalf and stayed on the phone until the service was restored. Very happy with the in-person support I received and will be remaining an Optus customer for NBN purely on the quality of service given by the team members in this store.It's nice to still have a brick and mortar store to go to in this day and age.

Came down for business and had my bag go missing..optus boys really very helpful, charged my phone and helped in my network business..thanks .good country help Optus Albury.

I desperately needed a phone before I went on holidays. The staff went above and beyond in finding the exact phone I was after. Amazing service!!!!!!!
