Great gym with a range of equipment and knowledgeable staff.The group fitness classes are excellent under Deepa's training. She focuses on the form, technique and designs various exercises for all muscle groups. Highly recommend !

Amazing gym with amazing trainers and super friendly staff. My experience with one the fitness coaches Deepa did not disappoint. Her Zumba and HIIT classes are a must try. Highly recommend!

Stepz Fitness Rouse Hill
I have just joined the Stepz fitness in RouseHill. Last Monday was my first day training and on Tuesday I had the cardio training with Deepa who is the trainer there she is excellent and really makes you to burn calories and also helps build muscle. I’m really happy to attend her class.Today class was different cardio circuits which really helped me to burn more calories and gain energy thanks Deepa for doing different cardio exercises every week I really enjoy doing them.
