These guys were amazing! I placed an order in the week before Christmas, knowing full well that it would be VERY unlikely that it would be done before Christmas. I was right it couldn't be done before Christmas, but I got a call from Michael who was apologetic and gave me options on what could be done in case it was really urgent. He was GREAT and sent me a sample version that arrived on Christmas eve, with the completed photo wrap lustre arriving very early in January.Amazing service, really easy process, definitely recommend these guys!

I ordered the acrylic floating panel 30 x 20It was for my wife’s Mother’s Day gift and she absolutely loved it!I recommend getting a larger size if you can afford it, that way you can see the cells better.Just a recommendation for Mosiac Aust. Please if you could put real examples of finalised products as it’s hard to imagine what it could look like. It could really help someone what to choose for their Mosiac.Cheers!

After placing my order and finalising payment, I then realised that I had ordered the wrong shape canvas. Michael from Mosaic Photos was so helpful. The original order was cancelled and Michael helped create the new mosaic. I sent quite a few emails to Michael with enquiries and he was more than happy to try to help and kept me updated through the process. The print has arrived and I couldn't be happier! After waiting a couple of weeks for my order, I contact Mosaic Photos to ask them what is happening.Michael emailed me straight away and said he would look into it and within half and hour he had an answer for me. Another week went by and I followed up with Michael again and this time we discovered that the item I had order was somewhere.Michael then took it upon himself at his cost to have the item remain and to be shipped within a day or two. A week later I received the second order.I wish to thank Michael and his team for going out of their way to try and find the first order, and then to have another product made to sent to me straight away says a lot about Mosaic Photos custom service, Great Job.
