The worse hairdressers I’ve ever used they have no idea about styling, they were talking in their own language about me.They burnt my hair with their straightenerHalf of my extensions came out because of them they should know you don’t put conditioner at the tip of the extension.I noticed their tools were very dirty.The worse two hairdressers I have ever met. Shame on you both you should not be in the trade I would like to see their hairdressing certificates. Stop talking Chinese in front of the customers this humiliates us.

I have been getting my haircut with TT for over 10years and happy every time. She offers friendly advice on your hair care and they are not expensive. Good value for money. Will certainly be coming back. Thank you TT

The best staff and great prices feel great when you leave

I had very bad experienced with them..she had quickly finished my hair cut and said I m busy .The hair cut I told her to do it she did with out blow dryer my hair is wavy...she was rude and wasted my hair and money...never suggest any lady to go there...Ridiculous..

Had the worst experience of my life. Went to get a haircut and a perm, and the hairdressers spoke in their own language saying that I was creating more work for them. After the cut, they proceeded with the perm. It was the worst perm ever as the lady dumped the whole perming solution onto my head causing it to drip down my whole neck. This resulted in a chemical burn that tore off my skin and bubbling of my skin. This was due to the lack of care and customer service of the hairdresser. I did not even receive an apology and made to pay up as well. When I told them it was their fault, they denied and blamed it on a skin allergy. The pain was excruciating and left me unable to attend work for a week. Least to say, I will never return to this pathetic hair salon, the most unprofessional I’ve seen leaving me with a scar that will most likely stay for life. I do not recommend this place, the hairdressers are unprofessional and lack any sense of customer service and care in their job.If there is a negative star button as an option I would give it to this salon, one star is still too good for this place.

This salon does my hair foils/ tips, trim and styling, eyebrow shaping and upper lip hair removal These two ladies do a wonderful job and I always walk away satisfied . They are considerate of my hair type and very careful not to over process. I watched them cut and style other clients hair and can honestly say that they are very experienced and capable hairdressers. Also their prices are fair and reasonable.

The place can be busy especially on weekends, so be sure to book in advance. Been there more than enough time, great price, very friendly service and I’m more than happy with my haircuts. Definitely will be coming back.

I went in to make an appointment for hair color, because my hair is long and already over grown so It is a big job so is a NO NO from the hair salon Can't do it! Thanks for the honesty

I was shocked to see all the dirty comb, unclean scissors, dirty clippers used on previous customers, and they started working on my hair with it.The haircut was hacked, and looked uneven. Needed to go home and fix it myself, luckily i am a hairdresser i can fix it all up.Had to wash my hair with anti dandruff shampoo 3 times after their service; and hope for the best. Avoid at all cost, this is a very unhygienic / dirty salon. Never again!
