I bought 3 pairs of warm winter tights that went missing in the post or were stolen from my letterbox. Jacky reached out and kindly arranged for new stockings to be sent, which I was really grateful for. The new pairs are high quality, highly recommended. I’ll purchase from here again

Found StartswithLegs when I was looking for exotic tights for an event. Oh my gosh! Such great styles. I received an email after my purchase from an actual person and a reply when I mentioned i was on a short leadtime for these to arrive. They shipped the next day and the tights - Marie Antoinette Venus and Coccinelle are exactly as shown online. They feel amazing on, the colours and detail are fantastic and they fit beautifully. (I used the size guide online to choose). They weren't cheap but they are unique and that alone makes them a great investment. I think StartswithLegs will be my new favourite obsession. Oh and they arrived in plenty of time! Thanks team

I've ordered from this place twice now - owner has always been really helpful and communicative and my latest parcel arrived within less than a week (I'm interstate). Products are absolutely wonderful quality and very true to size - they also have a range of sizes to fit all body types.

Customer service is fantastic. I ordered online with express post. Unfortunately the express post was missed. I reached out and made them aware. I got a prompt reply with a solution to send me 1 extra pair from my order express while the others were in normal postage and the postage I had paid was refunded. I will shop with this company again and recommend them to others. Good customer service is so hard to find, and they do it so well.

Starts with Legs is a small Australian business. I like that this store stocks a wonderful edit of European brands and that customers can have confidence that any problems will be managed directly and thoughtfully by a person. I have bought two items from this store- Oroblù Travel Pants and Oroblù tights. I am very happy with my Oroblù Travel Pants, which are versatile and exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, I was sent incorrect Oroblù tights (correct style, wrong colour). There was swift responsiveness and thoughtful communication from Jacky; I received a full and prompt refund for the incorrect tights.

I ordered an item from this business and I received a completely different item which was not even the same price (cheaper). They refused to refund me or send me the correct item and were incredibly unprofessional and rude. Do not support this business.
