I cannot recommend Bridgestone in Salisbury enough. I booked my appointment online to have my tyres changed and Mark called me the next day to confirm my appointment and the great service started from there. Mark was very polite and informative. On the day of the service I was greeted with a warm welcome and it felt very comfortable. They offered coffee while I was waiting. Everyone was really great to talk to and the service was thorough and I could tell that the safety of the customers was a top priority here.Joe was also great when we were finishing up and paying. Turns out I'm needing some extra work done in the future, they supplied video of the issue and walked me through what repairs would need to be done. They were very open to any questions I had and were understanding about needing to wait before booking in those repairs. They also provided a quote for me on the spot which was fantastic.I also continued to observe great service when they interacted with other customers who entered the store while I was waiting.5 ✨️

I recently went to Bridgestone Salisbury for some new tyres and a wheel alignment. After being able to do the job at short notice a couple safety issues were raised with me. The crew managed to help me out again at short notice before I had to do a long drive interstate. I found the team knowledgeable, honest and upfront with the prices, and am very happy the service provided particularly from Matt. Thanks team
