Great Atmosphere and team environment, the team at infinite training really take the time to make sure your are prepared and warmed up and understand what your going to be doing throughout your fitness session, great demonstration and constantly changing work really make it easy to get in and get it done. I love the push that you get throughout your workouts and I especially appreciate the emphasis on stretching and warming down after a tough workout. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to chase there fitness goals in a fun, affordable and positive environment
