Greg and his team are a very impressive, organised and hard-working bunch of tradies. Communication was spot on and they all introduced themselves on arrival. On three occasions, nothing was ever a problem for any of them and I'm very appreciative of all the work they have done for us. Special mention goes to Rose for her persistence in getting some external wall lights going that needed to be replaced. I honestly thought they were never going to work because of the way this house is wired but she had them sorted in no time. Thanks again KGB - highly recommended.

Greg was very professional, helpful and friendly to deal with. We had an issue with our Hot Water system, thinking we had used it all, we awoke to no Hot Water early the next morning. After ringing around local electricians and not being successful in getting someone to turn up, too busy, car getting serviced, don't work on hot water systems etc. Greg was super helpful in diagnosing the issue over the phone and asked if I could try something first as he couldn't get there straight away and he may not have needed to come out which in turn would've saved me money but also said he could get someone there around 1-2pm if it didn't work. I rang Greg back 10 mins later and organised for him to come out.As indicated he was there at 1.30 and tested the thermostat and element finding them to be faulty. He had the parts needed in his vehicle. They were installed and tested and hot water starting to be made.Old Thermostat, Element and Rubbish were taken and left no evidence of being there.with 2 young kids it was very important to have my problem solved quickly and I feel the cost was very fair.I will be using KGB for any future electrical work and as I work as an Estimator I will also be trying to include his business into Tender submissions for my work.Thanks Greg.

Greg, Chris & Rose are literally the best trade’s people I’ve ever had at our home.
