Chris at Pristine Water is very professional. Does what he needs to do when he needs to do it. If he doesn't think your tanks need cleaning he won't waste your money or his time, but will follow up again in a year's time, when they will need it. He remembers to come and change our filters yearly and shows us how to look after them in the meantime. Highly recommend his services.

Rude, aggressive and unprofessional. Chris Kenyon isn't interested in providing the service his franchise license is supposed to provide, he is only interested in how much money he can make from a job. After waiting more than 2 weeks for him and his sidekick to get to my property to clean the tanks that had been agreed on - he got here and then said the tank cleaning wasn't worth his while if I wasn't willing to pay him $850 to install a water filter and $350 for 2 first flush systems (that I don't need). Unbelievable.

Chris Kenyon & his assistant Jack attended my property last month to check & clean my in-ground water tank. As it hadn't been serviced for a number of years (& never by Chris) it was determined a total clean was necessary. This involved completely emptying the tank, followed by a thorough scrub. This huge task was undertaken with absolute safety, professionalism & attention to detail. The tank was so clean when Chris finished that it looked like a new installation! He also serviced the under-sink filtration unit in my kitchen, & I enquired about shower filters. Chris said they were predominantly used to eliminate fluoride in town water, & that a filtration system for the tank would be more appropriate. I hadn't heard of such a thing so Chris emailed the information. At no stage did he try to 'sell' this concept to me. I read about the alternatives & now have a fantastic twin filtration system discretely placed under the house, which filters all the water from the tank before it enters my home. Every tap now delivers filtered water, making a huge difference to washing up, showering, laundry etc. This installation was also carried out with great attention to detail, & regarding specific placement of the unit to ensure ease of access for servicing, & that it wouldn't affect ongoing use of the area. I would absolutely recommend Chris & Pristine Water Systems — so professional & such a pleasure to deal with.
