True Nature Psychology | Welcome to True Nature Psychology. We are a mental health practice close to Gosford on the Central Coast of NSW. Our practice is surrounded by nature and we access the natural world as a core part of the healing process. Multiple therapy types are used to help with PTSD, depression and anxiety including EMDR, IPT, Schema, CBT and Psychodynamic. We have training in psychedelic assisted therapy.
