I came into Madam Josephine’s as a walk in for a trim and the service and atmosphere was nothing short of amazing.George the owner is amazingly talented, and a debonair gentleman. I walked away feeling refreshed and incredible.It is a shame they are not my own regular salon as I am a tourist

It was wonderful to come back to Madame Josephine after 7 years..I tried my latest hairdresser to explain my wishes for my haircut but I wasn't able to convince him so I got more and more disappointed.. For a woman the satisfaction of her haircut is very importantGiorgio immediately understood what suits me and my concerns and what result I would like.Extremely happy with my new haircut and being back to saloon. Fantastic customer care, serene and peaceful atmosphere and definitely great professional outcome.

I am usually picky with my hairdressers, but the professional, cozy and friendly environment absolutely convinced me! Great advice as well!

After reading so many positive reviews I was left very disappointed. I had my eyebrows waxed and was meant to get a manicure with shellac but was left with my nails simply filed and the worst application of shellac that I have ever seen. I could have done a better job.Not only did the person doing the mani leave shellac all over the skin on my fingers (I've spent the afternoon chewing it off) she didn't even paint the nails correctly or evenly.My eyebrows were left with hair everywhere. Aside from feeling wax being put on I say they barely look like they were done and were left uneven.I'm not sure if the tech is only starting out but to have the hide to charge $58 in total ($46 for the mani" and $12 for the brows) is rediculous for the standard of work that was performed.The only saving grace was that the staff and environment was friendly."

I got a haircut from George... all I can say is he provided the best haircut and such a lovely service. He went above and beyond to make me feel confortable. Beautiful experience ☺️

I’m usually nervous to get my hair cut but George is so extremely patient and encouraging! My hair always comes out so even and styled really nice that I feel good to go about my day. I’ve been here three times now and will not go anywhere else for my hair cut.
