I am so disappointed - I don't recommend Caro @ Flowergirl Creations!!! Called to order flowers for a friend whose husband passed and was very specific around the flowers I wanted for this occasion and requested and paid for them to be decorated and delivered in a vase. The flowers delivered were not as requested and they arrived with no vase (in paper) with some chocolates. I am so embarrassed that they delivered chocolates - apparently the team got the order mixed up and didn't double check even though Caro insists she has a checking process in place. Caro said she can have a vase delivered. Can you imagine an empty vase arriving for the widow to decorate! There are better florist who care and pay attention to detail

Very disappointed with my experience here. The shop looks good & has good presentation with all the bells & whistles. But when it actually comes to the flowers, the price doesn’t reflect what they deliver. I ordered 20 long stem white roses with gum presented in a large glass vase with random toy sparrows sprinkled throughout the huge Mother’s Day posy. For almost $200 I would’ve expected the flowers to last longer than 2 days!

I live in the US and ordered a flower arrangement for my girlfriend, who lives in the area. Carolyn emailed to clarify a discrepancy about where to send the flowers because I’d filled out the form incorrectly.Then, after all that, I ended up having to cancel the order. I let her know the morning of, saying I was willing to pay for the flowers regardless… and she refunded my order, saying it was no problem.I’ll certainly be swinging by to say thank you in person the next time I’m in Woy Woy. Exceptional customer service, I will be a repeat customer.

Ordered arrangement on Sunday and was delivered on Monday at 3.30pm. Arrangement was beautiful and far nicer than I expected. Have ordered from other florists and this is the best by far. Would definitely use again. Cannot recommend enough.
