Excellent customer service! Discussion with Ty was really easy and feedback and design were very prompt. Updates were provided at every step of the process which really greatly assured us. Product was great however delivery was disappointing. Items were not shipped on the same day as promised and only when I followed up 2 business days later meaning my order arrived late for purpose.
