My insurers default shop was unable to work on my car so it was sent here for a clam,spoiler, bumper, headlights and wheel repair, after collecting the car I’m so far very satisfied. Thank you Richard.

I took my Mercedes E Class here for an insurance job, respray of the front bonnet and bumper. When getting quoted it was all well and good, I was proudly shown a Bentley sitting in the workshop, told X and Y, however when I picked up my car the colour was “off” and they didn’t even sand before painting. If you have a fine automobile, don’t go here.

Matt and the team fixed my Discovery that had hail damage. Can’t see any marks what so ever. Damage wasn’t that bad but they got them all out. Very friendly to deal with and would recommend. Car came back cleaned and detailed. Could not fault.

My insurance sent my almost brand new Mazda CX5 (after an accident) to these guys for repair. It took them 4 months to give the car back. Whenever I called them to follow up, the guy (the one in his 60s or 70s) responded angrily and disrespectfully and asked me rudely to wait more! This happened several times. Then, when I finally received my car back I realized strange noise and vibration at speeds above 70km, among other smaller issues. When I called them back to report the issues, the same guy started shouting and screaming at me, using very offensive language. I asked him to talk to my mechanic about the car's issue as they may understand each other's language better. Surprisingly, he was as rude with my mechanic as he was with me! This made me lodge a complaint with my insurance and they asked me to get the car fixed by my own mechanic and they will send the bill to the Prestige Autobody later on.Avoid them if you like your car, your time, and your peace of mind!

worst experience in car shopping.walked in dealership around 1330. no acknowledgment from front desk. in the show room for 15 minutes without any eye contact and engagement. when my friend approach one of the team members he claim 'it was their lunch time'.wrote a complaint letter to land rover australia and to lance dixon that night. then i got a phone call from the dealership next day asking i whether i was in the market for a car!!! the salesperson said he was asked by his manager to call me without being told what it was about.if i could rate negative stars i will. too bad i have to give at least 1. they deserve none.poor management. poor culture. not customer oriented what so ever. poor crisis management.

Very professional crew to take care of any automotive needs despite the current challenges of obtaining original parts! Look for Joel ! The workshop is also very organised and neat. No regrets despite travelling quite a distance from our place.

The car yard is very difficult to get into, very little parking. Doncaster Prestige is part of the Barry Bourke Group but not as good as good as the Berwick location. There is a good array of vehicles there so you should be able to choose a good quality pre-loved car from the range of vehicles.
