Giant Ocean Keys

Great Service!!I had mechanical issues while out riding and fortunately was close to Giants Ocean Keys at the time. They had a mechanic investigate and resolve the issue immediately and I was able to ride home. I was expecting to be without my bike for days if not weeks due to the current demand on bike shops.I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new bike check out their store. The service they offer is extremely rare these days.

Always a pleasure to visit the store. Friendly staff and always helpful. Seem to have the largest amount of stock available or are able to source it. Prices are good too and they take the time to set up the bikes for you too. Ive had many happy returns to their store.

I bought a Giant ebike from Ocean Keys 18 months ago for a lot of money,12 months after the purchase problems started with the bike shutting off randomly.Took the bike back under warranty and they checked it over and did some adjustments and told me it was good to go. Continued to ride and the problem is getting worse so back to Ocean Keys for them to check it over and now they have told me I must remove the battery to fix the issues. I find this a cop out as I'm now supposed to ride the bike and when it stops I am to stop riding, remove the battery replaced the battery and continue on. They are not prepared to take it to Giant, so I am left to sort the problem myself which I will. It seems things have changed and a possible miss communication as now the team at Ocean Keys are more than helpful to try and sought the problem, hopefully my bike will be sorted shortly and I will be happily riding again

Drove an hour and half to drop a studio19 rental off, to get treated like absolute dirt by the owner Mike Johnston. Telling me I returned the bike in bits when I arranged for the bike to be built with my own sync ergonomic aero bars when it arrived and therefore returned it without the parts I supplied and original parts beautifully still the original packaging and box.I had all intentions of sorting out another road bike through the shop but there is no way on Gods green earth would I give him another cent.It’s a shame his customer service is so lackluster because every other employee is amazing.

So I purchased a new bike from these guys, and let me say the experience was a good one. The salesman who's name was Richard I believe, was not pushy, and really knew his stuff. He answered everything I asked and was very patient because some of the questions may have seemed a bit silly (tech has changed alot since my last bike) Even when they said it would take a few days to build my bike, they had it ready, and me on it the very next morning.If I was to every upgrade I think I'll be going back to visit the guys at that store.Very pleasant buying experience. No up sell even when they had the opportunity to do so.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend, just wasted my time. Went into the store to get my bike tyre tube changed. They gave me a quote but they found out didn’t stock the inner tube so I came back with the inner tube they told me to buy only to be told they don’t work on my type of bmx bike which they never said before. Then the guy tried to tell me how to change it myself yet they wouldn’t fix my bike tyre at a bike shop. How can give you give advice on the work but can’t or should say wont do the work? Go figure.

Best service and advice I've had in a retail store in a while! All of the guys were super friendly and professional. Oh, and they hooked me up on a great deal! Highly, highly recommend this Giant store if your looking for a new ride!
