I’ve been with David Marshall for about 4.5 years and the agency is nothing but effective, efficient and prompt with regards to any issues or problems I have faced with the rental property (turnaround time of callback from tradesperson is almost always within the hour of logging the problem), I have had some past nightmares with big name agency franchises that has been very difficult in securing tenancy rights with and that’s why I’ve stuck with these guys for as long as I have.

I wouldn’t list my property with this agent for sale or rent. We have been trying to resolve an issue for months. No one here is attending to the problem. They are rude. Very disappointed.

Very happy. Obviously can only speak about personal experience but water heater was on the fritz and they organised a trade next day and it was fixed. It seems basic but the sad reality is that it is not. I should add I made the phone call at 4.55 on an arvo on a workday.

I have an emergency and I have been trying to contact an agent for 2 weeks, however I was ignored. When I called the office to ask what happened, the customer service was hostile...Conclusion: They only want your money! When you need help? They disappear. Thanks for wasting my time, David Marshall. The worst experience. I'm very disappointed.
