I had a very bad experience with Qscan, wanted to get a scanning appointment with them. 2 times called, waited for more than 45 minutes both time, then the reception answered 2nd time, was informed me that she is not aware of this kind of booking and will inform someone to call me. It is over a week no one has contacted me. I did my scan with some other provider....This is over to the Future Customers...And to the Qscan management....And to the candidates who are seeking admin jobs with Qscan, how stressful that your job is going to be..... you will be the only person going to answer all their incoming calls....

The staff are amazing! They are professional, kind and very friendly. When I had a reaction to the contrast, they acted quickly and professionally in the moment and continued to monitor and check on me afterwards, even as the clinic was closing for the day. I wouldn't hesitate to use this clinic again!

I rang them twice a day and waited over half an hour each time, but they hanged up the phone each time when it came to my turn. Very frustrated.

I didn't check the other reviews. No idea why their rating is low. But I went here today for a breast biopsy. And they were fantastic. All the staff were really friendly and caring. I was a difficult case because of mobility issues. The doctor was very skilled and really sympathetic. I did deduct a star because the Qscan helpdesk is understaffed and if they answer your call within 30 mins, you're lucky. Not specific to this branch though.

I have been waiting since 5days for my appoinment as there was nothing early available . I was on fasting since midnight and before half an hour of the appoinment they call me and tell me that the booking has been cancelled as there sonographer is casual contact, which i totally get it, but how can a whole radiology centre be dependent on one person, so there are no alternatives, whats the point of having so much brances in Canberra if you can’t even fulfill your commitment.

I've always found the staff at Qscan to be professional and helpful. However, at the moment, the phone enquiry system is totally broke - long long waits. There's clearly too much load on too little staff. This is a management/HR issue. Sort it out!! If I have to hear Thankyou for your patience" one more time I'll go bonkers. They're asking way too much from their customer base."

I had a referral booked in to have an ultrasound for my ankle. the lady that i was dealing (sorry forgot your name) with was very friendly and polite, she had some concerns after taking multiple pics of the scans and advised me that she will need to consult with the radiologist about the scans first and so after 3 mins they advised me to have a x-ray on the spot to rule out any fractures. I was consulted about the what the cost may be if i agreed to it. So I had the x-ray and they found nothing was a concern to the bone. So thank you Qscan staff at braddon for convincing me about giving those additional scans.

I went there for a 32 weeks ultrasound on 8jan 2021 and completely not satisfied, the radiologist was rude and getting irritated when asked any question. She did not tell anything about the baby movement position, placenta position any risk etc nothing and just did it in 5mins I mean so quickly she did the measurement I wonder if that's right or not. I paid $267 for this 5mins better I had not done it in first place. Please do not visit qscan Braddon not sure about another branch but this one is not good at all!!! I Always go to Ginninderra for scanning from Tina she is the best!
