Bought a heater core for my car didnt realise how overpriced it was till i got the bill got a second quote from another dealer same part same supplyer was almost a 170 dollars cheaper how can this be wont be recommending use to anybody

I purchased a 1997 HSV Clubsport and have been slowly chipping away at restoring it to its former glory. When i noticed it had a leaking radiator, or what a assumed was the radiator or hose i did a quick google search and found the closest business which led me to NewRads, i dropped my car off and gave them i quick run down of how i come to have the vehicle and what i presumed was the issue. They had the vehicle for two weeks (as it’s not a daily driver) i didn’t mind them taking their time with it. The problem turned out to be more serious as parts were changed out. Their attention to detail was fantastic. Cleaning the engine bay as they went. Any part removed was checked and scrutinised before being replaced. The shop manager/owner was honest and upfront. Quotes were kept to and the car was returned to me in better condition than i was expecting as they treated my car as if it were their own. Could not recommend highly enough. Professional and engaging which is what so many mechanics are missing these days. Making 10 minutes for a conversation with a customer = repeat business.

I got my car serviced at another company. The next day my car was leaking fluid but the company which carried out the job wasn't open. I searched for another mechanic as I desperately needed my car to drive to work. I found Natrad. Despite not having an appointment, the mechanic there took the time to check over my car, found and fixed the problem (a loose plug) and didn't charge anything. It was very kind of him and I am very grateful for his help! Thank you, Natrad.
